QINO Website Privacy Policy

How this preview website may process information, and what must be finalized before checkout opens.

QINO Privacy PolicyEffective: June 11, 2026Last revised: August 29, 2026
Pre-launch compliance notice

This is the working website privacy notice for the QINO preview store. It must be reviewed against the final hosting, analytics, advertising, cookie-consent, payment, logistics and customer-support configuration before checkout opens.

QINO is the consumer-facing brand operated by Shenzhen Qingnuo Shiji Technology Co., Ltd. Olaveil is the name of our companion mobile application. This page covers the QINO website and online store; the separate Olaveil App Privacy Policy covers app and connected-device data.

1. Who is responsible

Shenzhen Qingnuo Shiji Technology Co., Ltd. (“QINO”, “we”, “us”) is responsible for personal information processed through this website, except where a named provider acts independently under its own privacy terms.

2. Information the website processes

  • Technical and security data: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, error and security logs, and essential cookie identifiers.
  • Contact and support data: name, email address, telephone number, message content, order number and any photos or videos you choose to provide.
  • Order and delivery data: products, size and finish, billing and delivery details, transaction status, refunds, returns and warranty records when checkout opens.
  • Payment data: payment providers process account or card credentials. QINO receives transaction identifiers and status but should not receive full card credentials from the provider.
  • Marketing preferences: email subscription or consent records only if you actively opt in after that feature is enabled.

3. Why we use information

We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, provide delivery, return and warranty support, prevent fraud, keep legally required business records, and improve website reliability. Where required, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations or legitimate interests that do not override your rights.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

WordPress, WooCommerce, security and hosting services may set cookies needed for sessions, language, cart, checkout and fraud prevention. Optional analytics or advertising cookies must not be enabled for visitors who require consent until an appropriate consent choice is available. You can control cookies through browser settings, although blocking essential cookies can prevent cart or account functions from working.

5. Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose only the information needed to hosting and security providers, payment and fraud-prevention providers, logistics carriers, customer-support tools, professional advisers and public authorities where required by law. Providers may act for QINO under contract or independently under their own terms. QINO does not sell personal information and does not use Olaveil consumer-health data for third-party targeted advertising.

6. International processing

A global store can involve processing in China and in countries where hosting, payment, support or logistics providers operate. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide information about the recipient and safeguards and obtain separate consent before a restricted cross-border transfer.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only for the period needed for the purpose described above, including the life of an account or order and any additional period required for tax, accounting, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention, dispute or security obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to secure backup cycles and legal exceptions.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or details of recipients; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing and may make an optional feature unavailable. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Children

The store and Olaveil are not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the relevant processing. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child has provided information without valid permission. Information relating to a child under 14 in China is treated as sensitive personal information.

10. Security and incidents

We use administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to limit unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet system is completely secure. Where applicable law requires notification of a qualifying incident, we will notify affected individuals and regulators.

11. Changes

We will show a revised date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where a material change requires it. A new version will not retroactively authorise an incompatible use of information.

12. Contact
