30-day return or size exchange
Request a return or size exchange within 30 days after delivery. Contact QINO before sending anything back and provide the order number, reason for the request and supporting photos when relevant.
- Returns must be unused, undamaged and complete with the original packaging and included items.
- Size exchanges are subject to availability.
- For a different finish, request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.
- Customer-requested return shipping is paid by the customer. QINO covers reasonable return or replacement shipping when we confirm a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item.
- Original shipping charges and customs charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary.
One-year limited warranty
The QINO Smart Ring (model KR31) includes a one-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for the original purchaser. It covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship and is limited to one approved replacement per purchase.
The warranty does not cover loss or theft, cosmetic wear such as scratches or dents, normal battery-capacity decline, accident, misuse, excessive compression, unauthorized repair or modification, or liquid and environmental exposure outside the published care instructions.
To request warranty support, provide the order number, a description of the issue, relevant photos or video, and troubleshooting already attempted. This policy does not reduce mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
